We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team, focusing on our CLEAR+ subscription business. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy individual contributor role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, knows how to connect data to business priorities, and has a passion for identifying the most meaningful opportunities to improve business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Finance to evaluate business performance, size new growth opportunities, and synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for executive leadership
  • Contribute to large analytics projects, from opportunity sizing to deep-dive diagnostic analysis to steady-state descriptive reporting
  • Serve as a thought partner in subscription strategy development planning by contextualizing analytics within broader company strategy and market trends
  • Create or improve key subscription-related datasets to improve data liquidity and enable self-service by business stakeholders
  • Frame and evaluate experiments using industry-best methodologies to isolate causal effects and interpret noisy data

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in analytics, data science, or adjacent roles, preferably in a subscription business
  • Deep fluency in SQL and comfort with Python or R for exploratory analysis and modeling
  • A working knowledge of statistics and database modeling
  • Experience working on customer growth and retention strategy
  • Proven experience working with modern data stack technologies, including Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and Looker
  • A strong business sense with the ability to contribute to strategic discussions
  • Ability to derive clarity from ambiguity, from framing questions to delivering recommendations
  • Comfortability simplifying complex analyses, defending methodology choices, and inspiring action through insights
