We are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join the Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with multiple business units, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will be involved in deep data analysis, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning initiatives. The role requires both strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to support business decisions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Build, test, and maintain analytical models using Python
Design and maintain analytics workflows using tools such as QlikSense, Python, and Amazon Redshift
Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for different business units
Translate complex analytical results into clear insights and recommendations
Work closely with Product, BI, and Data teams to align analytics with business objectives
Develop and automate custom reports to monitor key performance indicators
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar quantitative role
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
Solid SQL knowledge
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar)
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks or similar analytical environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar)
Nice to have:
MSc or PhD in a quantitative field
Experience with AWS cloud services
Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift
Familiarity with Scrum and Jira
Experience with Jenkins
Experience deploying data solutions and integrating analytics into business workflows
