Job Responsibility:

  • Driving sales and building strong partnerships with customers
  • Delivering on-farm feed solutions tailored to customer needs through consultations and collaboration with internal teams
  • Providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to customers
  • Working closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Nutrition, and Pricing to ensure the Right Feed, Right Place, Right Time

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in agriculture (asset, not required) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus and follow-up skills
  • High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic
  • Self-motivated with initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customers and attend sales events
