In this role, you will not only design and configure enterprise-grade environments but also oversee code quality and ensure seamless deployments. As a trusted technical advisor, you will lead clients through the full lifecycle, while mentoring teams with best practices and advanced development techniques!

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the technical architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance
  • Design and configure enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CE environments, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
  • Oversee solution packaging and deployment using ALM best practices and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Define and implement integration strategies leveraging REST APIs, OData, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.)
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards for maintainability and quality
  • Manage environment strategy across Dev, Test, and Production, including release management and troubleshooting
  • Ensure security and compliance through role-based access, audit logs, and GDPR configurations
  • Mentor technical teams on best practices, advanced development techniques, and performance optimization
  • In collaboration with your technical colleges, maintain and develop our technical standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage expectations effectively
  • Understand and map business processes to Dynamics CE capabilities, ensuring solutions align with operational needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions
  • Designing enterprise-grade environments
  • Developing custom components in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Reviewing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex code and queries
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse for extending Dynamics CE functionality
  • Skilled in REST APIs, OData, and Azure integration components (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
  • Practical experience with data transformation and data migration into Dynamics CE
