Requirements

England & Wales-qualified lawyer or equivalent
strong academic background
experience in cybersecurity and data privacy
experience with GDPR and UK privacy compliance frameworks
understanding of NIS2, DORA, and operational resilience laws
knowledge of M&A due diligence and data privacy aspects of transactions
ability to draft privacy policies, data protection agreements, and notices
passion for cybersecurity, data protection, and emerging technology law
knowledge of AI governance and regulation.

Job Responsibility

Advising on cybersecurity preparedness and incident response
managing regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, particularly with UK/EU regulators
assisting clients with building GDPR and UK privacy compliance frameworks, including NIS2, DORA, and operational resilience laws
supporting M&A due diligence and data privacy aspects of transactions
drafting privacy policies, data protection agreements, and notices
providing counsel on AI governance and emerging tech issues.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in data protection and cybersecurity
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
Experience advising on UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and cyber-related compliance and risk
Strong legal analysis, communication, and drafting skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in working in a fast-paced, international practice

Job Responsibility

Lead and support on GDPR and UK GDPR compliance programs, cybersecurity incident response, and regulatory investigations
Advise on cross-border data transfers, platform regulation, AI governance, and data ethics
Work with start-ups, scale-ups, and multinational tech companies across high-growth sectors
Contribute to litigation strategy and corporate transactional due diligence

Requirements

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1+ or 4+ years PQE in data protection, privacy, or cybersecurity law
Strong understanding of UK and EU data protection regulations, including GDPR
Experience advising clients in sectors such as technology, automotive, retail, or financial services is advantageous
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends

Job Responsibility

Advise clients on compliance with data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act
Assist in designing and implementing global privacy, AI, cyber, and data compliance frameworks
Provide strategic advice on data commercialization, data licensing, and intellectual property matters
Support clients in deploying AI and automation technologies in compliance with regulatory frameworks
Guide clients through data incidents, including breach notifications, regulatory inquiries, and crisis management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive data governance solutions
Lead breach response efforts, including incident detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery
Provide training and readiness reviews to enhance clients' cyber resilience
