Job Description:

Cybersecurity Project Managers work with technical specialists to complete cybersecurity projects for SOCIETE GENERALE. This includes defining the scope of a project, creating, and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, managing the budget, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and completing the project within the deadline. Environment support ASIA regions on security related topics

Job Responsibility:

  • End to End project management – right from initiation of the project through planning, execution, monitoring & control, Closure and ensure the RUN is setup with clear documentation and Run Book
  • Delivering on cybersecurity projects using the best approach as set out within any project methodology processes. [Agile or waterfall]
  • Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders
  • Clearly define RACI, Traceability matrix, RAID logs for all projects and maintain the tracker
  • Defining priorities and requirements and managing the project through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership and team building capabilities
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in project management methodologies [e.g., Agile, scrum, waterfall]
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Security domain [Access and Identity management, Privilege Access management, Detect & React, Vulnerability Management, Network security & Data protection security]
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Certification: PMP, Agile, Scrum [Good to have]
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Program / Project Management role, preferably security domain IT projects
