Cyber Defense Analyst

• Vulnerability Management: Maintain Services business within risk appetite
• Enhance the vulnerability management operating model (reporting, Path-to-appetite)
• Escalate risks
• Improve data quality
• Support uplift programs
• Perform root cause analysis
• Security Assessments: Conduct security reviews to ensure compliance with Bank requirements
• Incident Response: Analyze SIRT incident trends
• Enhance workflow and reporting
• Drive adherence to reporting timelines (Project Dixson)
• Define escalation procedures
• Develop/update response plans

• 6-10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools, security principles, and application vulnerabilities
• Proficient in interpreting and applying security policies and standards
• Extensive knowledge of information security (application security, risk assessment methodologies, tools, and industry standards)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred certifications: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
