Job Description:

A leading player in the cyber insurance market is seeking a Cyber Claims Adjuster to join their expanding team in London, responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio of cyber claims and collaborating with internal experts and external specialists.

Job Responsibility:

  • handle a portfolio of 40-50 cyber claims each month, offering guidance and support to clients and stakeholders
  • work alongside an in-house 24/7 claims and incident response team
  • collaborate with external experts to assess, investigate, and resolve claims
  • ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA and Lloyd's)
  • provide advice on claims management and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in cyber claims adjusting or a legal background (solicitors from the UK, Australia, or New Zealand are welcome)
  • strong understanding of FCA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • a detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
