We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a talented and highly motivated CVM Product Manager to join our CNS Acquisition, CVM & Base Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas to drive results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Boost revenue by growing existing customers and acquiring new ones, turning insights into actionable sales initiatives, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Revenue growth via development of existing customer base (CRM-CVM) & acquisition of new customers
  • Owner of end-to-end design and execution of cross-selling and upselling campaigns & offering
  • Responsible for maintaining the right balance between production volumes and average value-in, safeguarding a healthy development of converged consumer base
  • Analyze multiple datasets & create relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into Sales initiatives
  • Main contact person with Sales points for her/his field, supporting and educating our sales partners with relevant material
  • Coordinating digital campaigns and initiatives with digital & brand departments
  • Analyze market and perform competition analysis
  • Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper delivery and support of services
  • Expected to bring new & fresh ideas

Requirements:
