Job Description:

The Customers Technical Assistant is responsible for the technical support, both via phone and via email, in the after-sales phase. The Assistant manages the support requests received by the customers and performs all the necessary activities to solve them. The Customer Technical Assistant drafts the Product Defectiveness Reports and handles their solving flow within the company, including technical bulletins and training courses for the customers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanics
  • Preferably 1/2 years of experience in technical assistance
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, proactivity, and customer-oriented approach are fundamental characteristics
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of German
  • Passion for motorbikes (being a motorbike owner/enthusiast will be considered an asset)
