Job Description:

Enable smooth and efficient business operations by ensuring high-quality master data management. Our team partners with key functions across the organization, such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to drive business results and enhance operational excellence. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and take ownership of ensuring the accuracy and quality of master data within our systems. You’ll play a key role in supporting new customer activations, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, contributing directly to the company’s success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing the customer maintenance process by performing data validations and ensuring adherence to established data quality standards
  • Deliver the services defined to key customers and maintaining companies’ databases
  • Ensure that company policy, standards, and internal controls have adhered as well as supporting documentation and approval processes are in place
  • Working on utilizing the automated processes and contribute to further process improvements
  • Take actions to remedy unexpected trends, issues in a timely manner and when appropriate escalates to management
  • Meet and exceed agreed service levels to achieve efficient processes
  • Demonstrate ownership & management of data maintenance practices and tools
  • Transfer knowledge to other team members
  • You proactively identify opportunities for improving master data quality and operational processes
  • You leverage data analysis to drive continuous improvement and ensure data accuracy
  • Be available to work on a hybrid schedule ( 2 days in the office on weekly basis for Sofia based applicants)

  • Have strong computer literacy, with experience in SAP and MS Office being a plus
