The CSR is part of a team dedicated to Airbus Helicopters Canada after sales services, with direct daily contact with customers for needs related to Repair & Overhaul Orders, Rental & Exchange Orders, Airbus Helicopters Option Sales (STC), Spares Part Orders, Warranty Claims & Orders, and Airbus Helicopters Canada Support and Service Requests. Responsible for a predetermined list of accounts, preparing weekly reports, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Required to participate in AOG/on-call rotation schedule.
