Customer Success Specialist

• Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Educate and onboard new supporters about our mission, programs, and opportunities for involvement
• Track and report feedback to inform improvements in our programs and services
• Utilize CRM software to document interactions, monitor engagement metrics, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer success strategies with organizational goals

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role (experience working with non-profits is a plus)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and loyalty
• Proficiency in CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Passionate about the non-profit sector, with a commitment to furthering our mission
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in communication, business, or related field preferred)
