Customer Success Manager

• Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including issue tracking/follow up, data and trend analysis, meeting coordination and management, and business review preparation
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of their respective clients to contribute to planned and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals
• Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback
• Oversees multiple customer projects throughout lifecycle including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements

• 1+ years of client-facing customer success/sales/account management/customer service experience
• General knowledge of software applications i.e. Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects
