Customer Solutions Engineer, Illumination

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, Illumination at TactoTek, you will play a key role in enabling customers to realize the full potential of IMSE® technology in their applications. Acting as the strategic and technical bridge between our customers and TactoTek’s multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will support customer adaptation efforts from early ideation through prototyping to production readiness. You will drive the integration of innovative IMSE-based solutions by combining deep technical understanding of illumination design with a strong customer focus. Your responsibilities include concept creation, executing optical simulations, and contributing to design feasibility, all while ensuring solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturable requirements. In addition to your engineering and advisory tasks, you have an opportunity to manage customer projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring successful technical delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
