Job Responsibility:

  • Process Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with care and accuracy
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and post
  • Provide Product Information: Offer guidance on services and policies
  • Manage Transactions: Process direct debits and maintain data accuracy

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
