Job Description:

Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Holland, Ohio. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Process and manage order entries efficiently
Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
Utilize NetSuite CRM to maintain and update customer records
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products or services
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
Strong skills in order entry and managing customer accounts
Familiarity with NetSuite CRM or Oracle NetSuite Technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships
