Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bergen County, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to customers. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process customer orders accurately, including entering insurance information and recommending suitable products
  • coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
  • maintain detailed and organized documentation, including patient records and related files
  • address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
  • perform general administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the team
  • apply knowledge of healthcare processes and terminology to address customer needs effectively
  • ensure consistent and attentive communication with customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service procedures and workflows
  • stay updated on company systems and tools to deliver accurate and timely assistance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency highly preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • quick learner who can adapt to new software systems and tools
  • knowledge of orthopedics or related healthcare fields is beneficial
  • proven ability to handle customer inquiries in a call center or similar environment
