Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Customer Service Specialist with a strong preference for an individual with an HR background. This role requires a customer-focused professional adept at resolving inquiries, assisting clients, and ensuring satisfaction while aligning processes with HR-related tasks when applicable.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries
Address and resolve complaints or complex service challenges efficiently
Provide support in handling HR-related inquiries
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Identify opportunities to refine customer service processes
Collaborate with HR, operations, and other internal teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and HR software
Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team across departments

Nice to have:
