Job Description:

Are you a passionate individual fluent in any of the Nordic languages and English? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your customer service skills can shine? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! A very close client of mine we have successfully supported for a few years now, is on the lookout for a Nordic Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Kingston.

Job Responsibility:

Building and managing relationships with customers to drive business growth
Proactively managing customer queries and ensuring timely resolutions
Collaborating with sales, technical, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring customers are well-informed about product offerings
Taking ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring a service-minded approach

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Ideally fluent in at least one Nordic language and English
Experience: Strong customer service skills
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Windows Office and CRM
proficiency in technology is essential
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate at all levels, manage conflict, and build relationships
Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated initiative and a "Can do" attitude
