Customer Service Specialist

• Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions via RingCentral’s platform
• Managing inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate call documentation
• Responding to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms
• Training clients on using RingCentral software and its associated tools
• Working cross-functionally with technical and sales teams to resolve escalated issues
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technology or software company
• Proficiency in RingCentral software is required
• familiarity with other communication platforms is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to document interactions thoroughly
