Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist for ongoing opportunities. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support and solutions to our clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes to clients
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments when required
Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute ideas for enhancing service quality
Meet or exceed performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
a degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
