Telstra is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Consultant for its Melbourne retail store. The role involves providing tailored solutions to customers, achieving sales targets, and being part of a welcoming and inclusive team within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Showcase sales expertise and consultative service approaches
Provide solutions for customers using knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
Help customers transform their telecommunications experience

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Ability to easily build a connection with new and existing customers
