Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer journey
Provide outstanding customer service
Identify products and services customers need
Transform customers' telecommunications experience
Support and solution for customers

Requirements:

Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach (and exceed!) sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond!)
Positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
Experience in a customer-facing role
