Customer Service Representative

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Process orders, returns, and account updates as required
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service workflows
• Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to confidently assist customers
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
