We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. As a Customer Service Representative in the hospitality industry, you will handle customer reservations, address inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry into reservation systems while maintaining an efficient approach. There are several openings in the 2nd shift schedule with various days of the week as the schedule with hours like 1:30pm-10:00pm.
Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with reservation inquiries and requests
Resolve customer issues over the phone using effective problem-solving techniques
Input reservation details into the system with precision and attention to accuracy
Collaborate with hotels and clients to address challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate customer needs and concerns across relevant departments
Use clear and concise language to document client interactions and resolutions
Start assigned tasks promptly and ensure timely completion of responsibilities
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
Maintain proficiency in navigating systems and utilizing software tools effectively
Requirements:
Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Strong experience in call center customer service operations
Ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
