Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts. This is a Contract to Permanent position where you will play a key role in managing customer interactions and ensuring accurate administrative support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, focused environment and will have the opportunity to grow within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate with customers to verify billing information and ensure records are up to date
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Provide administrative support, including handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments
Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
Manage order entry and maintain organized documentation
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and update reports
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain a meticulous and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions
Adhere to company procedures and ensure compliance with established policies

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Experience with data entry and email correspondence
Familiarity with managing inbound and outbound calls
A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work well in a structured environment
