We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Norton Shores, Michigan. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to manufacturing and industrial clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional service to manufacturing and industrial clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts, ensuring timely responses and accurate order processing
Become well-versed in company products and processes through comprehensive training, acting as a knowledgeable resource for clients and team members
Utilize tools such as Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, and Excel to track orders, manage accounts, and generate reports
Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to identify and implement workflow improvements
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, sharing insights with management
Contribute to team objectives by embracing a cooperative and solution-focused approach
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
Friendly and detail oriented demeanor, capable of handling complex situations with confidence
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, and Excel
Willingness to undergo extensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of products and processes
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in workflows and customer service
