Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you will handle a variety of customer interactions, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and with attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, providing helpful and accurate information
  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and detail-oriented manner
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction
  • Utilize call center systems and tools to track and manage customer interactions
  • Perform outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer concerns or provide updates
  • Uphold company standards by delivering consistent and high-quality service
  • Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs with flexibility and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
