We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Manassas, Virginia. This position is located within a dynamic industry with a focus on customer interaction. The role is based on site, offering the opportunity to be part of a vibrant office environment. You will be working Monday to Friday onsite.
Job Responsibility:
Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and emails
Send out notifications about delinquent payments via email, voicemail, and mail
Update customer accounts and perform data entry tasks
Adapt to different situations, showcasing flexibility and a positive attitude
Work collaboratively within the team in a high-paced call center environment
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks and maintain computer literacy
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience/ working in a fast-paced setting
Proven expertise in delivering high-quality customer service
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
