Job Responsibility:
Professionally and promptly address incoming customer calls
Uphold outstanding customer service standards within a call center setting
Secure accurate and efficient data entry for all customer interactions
Manage email communications with customers, providing prompt and suitable responses
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls, upholding a high degree of professionalism
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to keep customer records and process information

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience or skills in Answering Inbound Calls
Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service
Proven record of excellent Customer Service
