We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting office operations and maintaining strong communication with field staff. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate effectively with field staff to address inquiries and provide support
Process and monitor orders to ensure accuracy and timely completion
Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting
Assist with accounts receivable tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
Support the office manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, especially during peak hours
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or office administration
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with order entry processes and accounts receivable is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle moderate to high call volumes with professionalism
A proactive and customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction
