Job Responsibility:

Assist with order processing and entry, ensuring all details are verified and completed
Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits as needed
Provide support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, addressing any concerns or questions
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents and manage data effectively
Maintain a high level of organization while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls professionally
Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for document and data management
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and showroom scheduling
