Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide accurate, clear, and detailed information while actively listening to client needs
Track, log, and follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution, escalating issues when necessary
Work independently and collaboratively, following procedures, showing responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality
Excellent bilingual communication abilities (verbal and written)
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
2–3 years of call center or customer service experience
