Job Description:

Robert Half is in the hiring process for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Job Responsibility:

Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Handle incoming telephone calls
Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements:

Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Inbound Outbound Calls experience highly desired
Practical knowledge of Inventory Reconciliation
Basic Office Equipment experience
General familiarity with Delivery Schedule
Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
3+ years of past relevant experience
