Job Responsibility:
Process customer orders, quotes, and account requests with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery and fulfillment
Address and resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary
Maintain up-to-date customer records, documentation, and communication logs to ensure accuracy
Track order status, monitor backorders, and oversee delivery timelines to meet customer expectations
Provide clients with detailed product, pricing, and service information
Assist in account management initiatives and contribute to customer retention strategies
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall client experience
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B setting
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
Highly organized with excellent time-management capabilities
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems
Able to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
