Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist customers with order entry and ensure accurate processing of requests
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
