Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers while managing inbound calls and data entry tasks efficiently. Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through inbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for all callers
Accurately input and update customer data into the system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality

Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and enhance overall efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in data entry and the ability to handle large volumes of information accurately
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with inbound call center operations and best practices
Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find solutions efficiently
