Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous onsite Customer Service Representative to participate in a unique, short-term focus group for a law firm in Honolulu, Hawaii. This contract position offers an engaging opportunity to provide feedback on attorney presentations while completing questionnaires and sharing your insights.

Job Responsibility:

Attend and actively participate in focus group sessions to evaluate attorney arguments
Provide constructive feedback on presentations and legal arguments with careful attention to detail
Complete questionnaires accurately and thoroughly during and after the sessions
Collaborate with other participants to discuss and analyze key points from the presentations
Follow all instructions and guidelines provided to ensure a smooth and productive focus group experience
Maintain punctuality and reliability throughout the duration of the contract
Uphold confidentiality regarding focus group content and discussions

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or clerical roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback
Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to completing the short-term contract
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights effectively
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with other focus group participants
Basic understanding of focus group dynamics and willingness to engage fully in discussions
