Located out of the Winkler office, this is an ideal opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual from the Pembina Valley to join one of Manitoba’s top employers. This is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm position.
Job Responsibility:
Greet in-person clients and direct inquiries
Answer phone calls and assist clients with questions related to their insurance coverage
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Communicate with other team members and act as a liaison between departments
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up as needed
Requirements:
Grade 12 education
post-secondary education is preferred
Previous experience in an office or customer-service related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Self-directed, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
