If you have solid Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience in a busy office setting and are known for your exceptional attitude and reliability, this is your chance to join a great team. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage High Volume: Successfully handle a large amount of incoming phone calls and emails in a busy office environment
  • Build Relationships: Foster solid customer relationships by handling all questions and concerns with speed, clarity, and professionalism
  • Process and Coordinate: Accurately process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests, organizing your workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Resolve Issues: Act as the first line of defense to handle and promptly resolve customer issues, directing complex or unresolved requests to the designated resource
  • Provide Information: Obtain, evaluate, and provide customers with pricing and delivery information
  • Maintain Records: Manage and update database records (CRM), ensuring accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate: Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous, proven Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience in a busy, fast-paced office atmosphere is essential
  • A genuinely good attitude, a team player mentality, and a strong track record of reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal directly with customers/suppliers via telephone and electronically
  • Strong organizational abilities to process orders and manage a large workload efficiently
  • Comfort with using office software and the ability to learn and manage database records (CRM) quickly
