Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Overnight Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Job Responsibility:

Manage inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or requests
maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system
resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
collaborate remotely and provide updates to overnight supervisors or team leads.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
additional customer service training is a plus
prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to remain focused, proactive, and self-directed during overnight and weekend shifts
preferred to have worked in an overnight setting before.
