Job Responsibility:
Greet clients in person, by phone, and by email, delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
Assess customer needs and advise on dealership services, vehicle features, and financing options
Acquire practical experience in billing processes and delivering customer service
Coordinate service appointments, confirm schedules, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Resolve client questions, concerns, and complaints effectively with a positive attitude
Maintain accurate customer records and assist with clerical support as needed

Requirements:
Demonstrates a solid one year of administrative experience
Possesses strong communication abilities and excels with technology
