• Greet clients in person, by phone, and by email, delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
• Assess customer needs and advise on dealership services, vehicle features, and financing options
• Acquire practical experience in billing processes and delivering customer service
• Coordinate service appointments, confirm schedules, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve client questions, concerns, and complaints effectively with a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with clerical support as needed
• Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to streamline the customer experience

• Demonstrates a solid one year of administrative experience
• Possesses strong communication abilities and excels with technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a team-oriented environment
• Available to start immediately
