Carbiz is on the lookout for motivated, personable, and detail-focused individuals to join our Operations team as Customer Service Representatives! Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure prompt delivery of vehicles to clients, providing efficient and reliable service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle logistics, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
  • Prepare vehicles for hire, including thorough detailing of both the interior and exterior
  • Support new client onboarding, ensuring they have all the necessary information and assistance

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian drivers license & willingness to travel locally (Essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a team-based environment
  • Capacity to work a 40 hr work week
