Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team in South OKC. This role is perfect for individuals with prior call center, sales, or dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers over the phone, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers
Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, warranties, and financing options
Actively follow up with leads to drive appointments and sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Deliver professional and friendly service that builds customer trust and repeat business

Requirements:

Previous call center, sales, or automotive dealership experience preferred
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
Proficiency with computers and customer management tools
