Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in West Des Moines, Iowa, and is a part time remote opportunity. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers while efficiently navigating multiple systems and ensuring accuracy in data entry. The candidates for this role must sit out of the Des Moines area.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
Maintain accurate records by updating, reviewing, and researching insurance information within multiple systems
Deliver high-quality customer service while navigating between screens and ensuring attention to detail
Schedule appointments and manage customer correspondence via email and phone
Handle data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in navigating multiple screens and systems while performing tasks
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
