Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently
Handle customer complaints with tact and ensure successful resolution
Utilize Office tools to manage documentation and communication effectively
Operate switchboard systems to manage incoming calls across multiple lines
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Adapt to variable work hours, including Tuesday through Saturday schedules
Uphold company standards and policies while addressing customer needs
Track and report customer concerns to identify recurring issues
Provide feedback to the Director of Customer Service to enhance processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism
Proficiency in Office applications for documentation and communication
Familiarity with operating switchboard systems managing 1-10 lines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and shifts
Positive and eager attitude towards learning and contributing to team success
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
