Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for a bilingual individual with excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in office tasks. The role involves interacting with clients, managing data, and providing exceptional front-desk support in a healthcare environment.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment
Conduct client intake processes and create detailed profiles in the system
Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Manage email correspondence and provide timely responses to client needs
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, for various administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and client satisfaction
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies regarding sensitive information

Requirements:

Must be bilingual, with fluency in both English and another language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills, including experience with inbound and outbound calls
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a front office or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting
