Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Dana Point, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, providing essential assistance and guidance throughout the event. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist attendees upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment
Provide clear directions to registration areas, restrooms, event sessions, and exhibit halls
Respond promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns and offering solutions as necessary
Maintain an attentive and approachable demeanor while interacting with event participants
Stand for extended periods to effectively manage attendee needs and provide support
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and address logistical challenges
Communicate effectively through phone or text to provide updates and resolve issues in real-time

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or event support preferred
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Comfortable standing for extended periods during the event
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to excellent service
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
