Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must be fluent in English and another language, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming customer inquiries
resolve customer complaints effectively
document and update customer records
provide information about company products/services
recommend solutions to customer needs
collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
ensure compliance with company policies
maintain positive customer experiences

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English
excellent communication skills
strong problem-solving and organizational skills
ability to work 4-10 hour days including some Saturdays
ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
ability to resolve complaints professionally
ability to document customer records accurately
knowledge of company products/services
ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
